AutoGRACE® brand pistons of Garima Global are manufactured by OEM and OES factories across India that adhere to the higher quality specifications. Additionally they are tested by Garima Global at our in-house lab before dispatch to our discerning customers globally.

Aluminium pistons, which form the bulk of our business, start their journey in world-class foundries that produce castings of appropriate material composition, physical properties and microstructure.

These blanks are then machined on latest and automated machining lines. Camless CNC Oval Turning Centers are used to generate an accurate symmetrical as well as asymmetrical profiles as well as accurate combustion bowl shape and position.

Finally any of the below listed surface treatments are available to further enhance the functional characteristics, storage life, protect against corrosion and achieve superior running-in performance of the pistons.

Garima Global can supply high quality connecting rods made through forging, sand casting, pressure die casting or sintering processes. To further enhance material properties like hardness or to relieve the forging stresses, NQT (Normalizing, Quenching and Tempering) as well as other heat treatment processes may be carried out for particularly heavy duty applications.

Both machined and fractured big end type connecting rods are available in the AutoGRACE® brand. This minimizes NVH levels of the engine.

• Dimensional Specifications:
  • Center-to-Center Distance
  • Big End Dia
  • Small End Dia
  • Total Weight
  • Balance (Weight Distribution)
  • Parallelism of SE and BE axes etc.
• Physical Properties
• Bolt Specifications (Torque, Hardness, Tensile Strength)
• Fitment Dimensions (Forging Thickness, Forging Width, Bolt Projection etc.)

AutoGRACE® valves are manufactured by leading OEM and OES manufacturers across India that adhere to the highest quality specifications. In general the process involves first manufacturing the blank which is then precisely machined to obtain the fitment and functional tolerances. Lastly, special coatings may be applied to increases resistance to wear, corrosion, fatigue etc.

The blanks are manufactured by upsetting, hot extrusion or friction welding process depending on the type of valve (inlet or exhaust) and its performance requirements. Monometal valves usually suffice for inlet valves and are the most economical alternative. On the exhaust side, due to higher temperatures, a bimetal valve is most appropriate. For especially demanding applications like super heavy duty trucks and earthmovers, processes such as hard facing / Stellite™ coating are used on seat face and valve tip to ensure long service life.

AutoGRACE® engine valves are manufactured on completely robotized lines especially for large production runs by leading manufacturers of engine valves in India. For smaller production runs the valves are sourced from semi-automated manufacturers who follow stringent quality systems like IATF or ISO and can provide the most cost effective solutions at adequate quality levels.

A combination of CNC machines, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), Upsetters, Material Handling Robots, Centerless Grinders, Automatic Seat Grinders, Forging Lines, Induction Heaters and Surface Coating Plants all available in-house are used to produce these highly precise engine components.

Garima Global manufactures cylinder liners using the latest technology and processes - like centrifugal casting and CNC machining followed by plateau honing and centerless grinding.

With discerning OEM, Tier-I and aftermarket customers like Mitsubishi, Mahle and Tata, Garima Global is one of the largest manufacturers of cylinder liners in India.

We are IATF 16949:2016 certified for the manufacture of centrifugally cast ferrous products such as cylinder liners.
