- Ningbo Yeda Auto Parts Co., Ltd. specializes in research, development, and production of road safety facilities, including: warning triangle signs, tyre sealant, reflective vests, , emergency tool kits, snow shovels, and related products. Since its establishment in 2006, the company has built a strong reputation for excellent product quality. Our exports reach Europe, the Middle East, and other regions, with satisfied clients from automotive sectors directly or in-directly supplying to those famous brand names like: Tesla, NIO, FAW Hongqi, Xiaomi Auto, FAW-Volkswagen, FAW Jiefang, SAIC-GM, Renault, Peugeot, Citroën, Fiat, and Mercedes-Benz.
- Operating two factories with over 150 employees, we have experienced designers and engineers who can independently develop new products. Our production facilities include more than 30 computer numerical control (CNC) injection molding machines (ranging from 100g to 1000g), over 30 presses (3-50 tons), 27 ultrasonic welding machines, and various other equipment. With an annual capacity of 10 million sets of triangular warning signs, Ningbo Yeda ranks as the third-largest domestic manufacturer and the leading exporter of such signs.
- Our warning triangles are E-MARK certified according to European regulation ECE R27 y ECE R150, and the reflective vests meet European EN471 standards, holding CE and TUV certifications. Additionally,
- Ningbo Yeda obtained ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification in 2003 and TS16949 certification in 2006. In 2015, we received certification from China Automotive Technology & Research Center (CATARC) for GB19151:2003, and in 2018, product certification from China Quality Certification Centre (CQC).
- Our innovative in 2024 is the tyre sealant for passenger car tires disrupts the monopoly held by foreign companies in this field. Our tyre sealant effectively seals punctures in tire treads caused by nails or similar objects up to 8mm in diameter. It operates automatically with an air compressor injecting the sealant directly through the valve core. In a few steps and minutes laster the journey can be continued for the next 200KM at a pace of 80KM.H maximum recommended. The company also holds REACH and SVCH certifications from SGS for this new product. By exporting to Europe and Russia, our products have garnered widespread acclaim in those markets.
