The VNTi NG is the most complete equipment on the market to adjust variable nozzles turbochargers for light vehicles with pneumatic or electronic actuators. Designed for user ergonomics and optimized for efficiency, the VNTi NG maintains all the VNTi’s functions but with great news: auto-calibration whenever the equipment starts, the introduction of a new precision module, and the integration of the new ACM. The TCA PRO NG is the first turbochargers’ balancing equipment that allows to measure the efficiency of the compressor wheel.

The TCA PRO’s innovative design was conceived regarding the user’s comfort. With a large and strong work space, the TCA PRO NG is also equipped with the innovative fixing platform that allows to balance turbochargers from light and heavy vehicles.

Using the same balancing principles and data acquisition system of the TC Workbench NG and the exclusive software developed for all TurboClinic’s balancing equipment, the TCA PRO NG is the new turbocharger balancing option on the market.

The DPF Tester allows to test the effectiveness of particle filters before and after a cleaning process.

The diagnostic results from measuring the internal pressure in the filter under an airflow similar to an operating engine. Excess internal pressure represents a clogged filter – this result is easily detected in the test report, automatically printed after the test.
