TORINO RENATO manifactures a range of equipment for lubrication and the distribution of fluids with the FAICOM Italy trademark, which includes different types of products that can be used in various sectors.

• Pneumatic piston pumps GP(M)-DP(L)(M) suitable to distribute grease, oil, diesel, urea, antifreeze and windshield fluid. They are generally applied to trolley kits for drums or combined with hose reels into distribution systems for industrial and automotive sectors.
• DDP-DDA double diaphragm pneumatic pumps suitable for transferring fluids such as oil, water, antifreeze, even mixed together or by the suction of waste oil containing residues and solid parts.
• Mobile pneumatic units for the recovery and suction of waste oil ZR(A)(AV) generally equipped with tank and able to operate autonomously. The oil is suctioned using appropriate probes thanks to the vacuum created by means of the "Venturi" system or pneumatic pump.

According to use, different versions fitted with draining bowl, graduated viewer and photograph tank are available.

Suitable for 180/200 kg drums, they differ for the type of pump used based on the oil density.
Available with digital or mechanical nozzle meter.

TORINO RENATO produces a wide range of automatic hose reels in AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel. They are mainly suitable for operations such as washing with water and detergents but some specific versions are also suitable for the passage of drinking water, compressed air or diesel fuel.
They can be used in different workplaces such as agro-food industries, slaughterhouses, fish markets, dairies, large kitchens, chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as pools.
"TX" versions are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. They are suitable for shipbuilding and marine applications but they are also used in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries where a high corrosion resistance is required.
Thanks to the high quality spring they allow the automatic rewinding of the hose and to stop it at the desired length. Some models are fitted with "SAFE REWIND" brake system which allows to rewind the hose at controlled speed and in total safety.
The swivel joints are specifically designed to ensure maximum fluid flow and are made of suitable materials for the various applications.

Equipped with grid for filter draining, anti-splash grid, internal filter to avoid suction of any impurities and quick coupling for emptying with the pneumatic pump.
