Taylor Rubber is an IATF 16949 QUALITY SYSTEM CERTIFIED Company that was started on 2nd April 1980, in Chennai, South India. Taylors initially began manufacturing Domestic Pressure Cooker RUBBER Gaskets for Home Appliances. In 1996 Taylor Rubber started producing Automotive Rubber parts and is now a well-recognized manufacturer of All kinds of Rubber parts and Hoses for the AUTOMOTIVE, NON-AUTOMOTIVE, CONSUMER DURABLES as well as special technical parts for ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC, WIND ENERGY, SOLAR ENERGY, AGRICULTURAL and OTHER INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS.

Taylor Rubber has three Plants located in Chennai, in the Southern part of India. Chennai has three of India largest seaports, operating frequent services to Europe, UK,  USA,TURKEY, TUNISIA, VIETNAM, and the FAR EAST. Chennai is also home to one of India's largest International Airports.

The company is headed by Mr. T.T. Ashok, Managing Director. He is assisted by a team of qualified technologists and engineers as well as a trained work force.
Taylor Rubber is an associate of the TTK Group of companies in India manufacturing all kinds of consumer durables.

Taylor Rubber Implemented 5s, TQM and is under the implementation of TPM.

In 2018, Taylor Rubber formed another company called Taylor Glassware Private Limited, Manufacturing Glass lids for  Kitchenware and Cookware. 

Also in 2018, Taylor Rubber entered joint venture with Cofle Italy to manufacture control cables especially for TRACTORS, and CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT.
