In Taller Baigorria you will find a unique advantage in the world: the most varied range of double end studs, with a permanent stock of more than one thousand references. Thanks to our experience of more than 50 years, we have achieved the standardization of diverse product lines, ensuring the existence of an alternative to solve the lack of original pieces. All this is technically supported by the use of automotive standards DIN and ASTM. We also have a wide range of wheel bolts, wheel studs and nuts for different of vehicles -European, American and Asian-. All our pieces are made in cold froging with automatic stamping machines from 4 mm to 22mm and from ¼” to ⅞” of diameter. The threads are made by lamination and by machining the pieces that require it. In Taller Baigorria we have the ISO-9001 certification and we are in the process of securing certification for ISO-TS 16949 and ISO 14001. All our products are manufactured in alloy steel purchased directly from local and international certificated steel mills: SAE 10B22, SAE 1038, SAE 4140, SAE 5135, SAE 51B35, PL22D and PL30 with thermal treatment and an appropriate surface coating, ensuring a quality 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, G5 and G8, as appropriate. Our manufacturing process is certified from the supply of raw material, through the stamping, rolling, heat and superficial treatments, which are made externally by certified suppliers with an extended career in the market. The packaging system in cartons and palletized for delivery abroad, ensures an adequate preservation, handling and storage. Thanks to the technology incorporated in recent years and the certification of our processes, we meet the quality standards for the products required by automotive and industrial terminals. A strict quality control is made to all our products in our metallographic laboratory, located in our facilities in order to ensure a comprehensive control of our stocks and deliveries. You will recognize our studs and bolts in the market with a TB stamped on their head, which guarantee the security and quality of all our products.
