SEHON Body Shop Workstations for Multi-Material Body-in-White Assemblies and Electric Vehicles

Time- and cost-saving bodywork repairs

It is proven ,in as much as 85% of all bodywork repairs, that the process of moving vehicles back and forth between the individual workstations for vehicle preparation, coating and drying as well as finishing work it is highly expensive .

With the original multi-functional workstations developed by SEHON as "multi-pack" (several vehicle processing stations located next to each other), the inefficient intermediate steps in the workflow of a paint shop are eliminated.

All work steps of a bodywork repair up to the finish can be covered more effectively and economically than before thanks to multi-work stations / multi-function painting booths. The vehicles remain in one place during all operations.

The multi-workstations from SEHON have been thought out down to the minutest detail and carefully designed . They are perfectly equipped with the usual top technology from SEHON (oil-, hot-water or gas-heated). Fully automatic computerized dryer system (infrared or UV) included.

The innovative and modern SEHON multi-workstations can easily be retrofitted. Pure increased productivity!

Additional equipment options and workstations:

• Universal workstations for vehicle preparation. Masking and clean room workstations. Finish and body work repairs workplaces.
• CAMELEON: Body works repairs workstations for a safe and economical repair of car bodies in mixed construction (steel, aluminum and carbon).
• MULTI-SPEED-MASTER ®: Spotrepair workstations for small damage repairs on cars, commercial vehicles, buses and rail vehicles.
• Central supply terminals for preparation, finishing and car body workplaces.
• SE-INSPECTOR: finish lighting / light walls for quality control
• Masking workstations, lacquer mixing rooms, lacquer conditioning rooms

A more professional Spot repair-Workplace

The new SEHON Multi-Speed-Master® ensures that small damage repairs can be handled quickly, cost-effectively and professionally.

Multi-Speed-Master ® can easily be integrated into an existing workplace without any unnecessary underfloor building. The system is available in different equipment alternatives and is modular.

• Significant energy savings compared to the conventional solutions.
• Punctual supply and exhaust air for a quick and clean spot repair.
• Flexible high-vacuum suction rail for a clean and a fast preparation.
• Drying by IR or UV .
• Adjustable clear curtain system for separation from the rest of the workshop.
• Training options for Spot- and Smart Repair

The classical procedure for minor damage repairs require a preparation workplace for sanding, filling and priming and a spray booth for coating and drying.

The Multi-Speed-Master® (MSM) as the central "all-in-one" workplace infers that vehicles do not have to be routed during the individual work steps. This saves time, is environmentally friendly and contributes to work safety.

With the multi-speed master, painting and drying are no longer carried out in a large painting and drying booth. This way the operating costs associated with the use of a classical spray booth, oversized for small damage repairs, are altogether eliminated. The coating and drying are carried out by means of selective and movable suction, as well as IR / UV drying. There is no need to completely heat and suck the entire surface of the car. This saves up to 85% of the current energy costs. Traditional spray booths require a waiting time until cooling is completed and they are again operational. The SEHON spot-repair system does not require any additional waiting time. This results in an increased productivity .

Many car body shops have so far refrained from spot-repair because no professional system, that will enable professional coating similar to the one in a spray booth, was available. The Multi-Speed-Master ® can be integrated into an existing workstation. The spot repair area is cleanly separated from the rest of the workshop by a clear-cut curtain system.

Additional equipment options and workstations:

• CAMELEON: Body works repairs workstations for a safe and economical repair of car bodies in mixed construction (steel, aluminum and carbon).
• The Original: SEHON- multi-function spray booths and workstations for time-saving and cost-saving coatings and bodywork repairs.
• MULTI-SPEED-MASTER ®: Spot-repair workstations for small damage repairs on cars, commercial vehicles, buses and rail vehicles.
• Universal preparation workplaces for vehicles. Masking and clean room workstations. Finish and body repair workplaces.
• Central supply terminals for preparation, finishing and car body workplaces.
• SE-INSPECTOR: Finish lighting / light walls for quality control.
• Paint mixing rooms, lacquer conditioning rooms.

Perfectly equipped according to statutory guidelines

Vehicle preparation is extremely time consuming. This is why, the SEHON universal preparation stations, innovatively designed to help you better manage your working time in your car body repair shop, are perfectly equipped according to the latest BG-guidelines.

SEHON designs workstations with lifting platforms equipped with both over the floor super-absorbing sucking as well as underfloor-sucking. The supply air is heated via a central unit.

For minor damage repairs, the workstations can be equipped with movable infrared systems or directly designed as Multi-Speed-Master®( professional Spotrepair workstations). Centralized SE supply terminals guarantee ergonomic, fast and economical work. SEHON universal preparation stations can easily be retrofitted in existing paint shops.
