Valve train Components

• Engine Valve

We offer Inlet & Exhaust valves which are one of the high precision engine components. Our valves are complying with OEM specification or customer specification and fulfill customer’s requirement.

Our Engine valves are light in weight which offers better engine performance, improved fuel efficiency and meet changing emission norms. Further it can endure high peak firing pressure because of flat seat for Heavy duty diesel engines.

Also we supply dual heat treated valves, for increasing toughness and wear resistance on Stem & Seating areas. Our valves have hardened tappet end, to bear the excess cyclic load from overhead cam.

• Valve Seat

A valve seat is a very vital part of an engine. Along with the Valves they seal off the combustion chamber of cylinder head. Valve seat inserts have significantly gained in importance with an era of using aluminum cylinder head.

• Valve Guides & Tappets

A Valve Guide is round part of metal that has to absorb the transverse forces which affect the valve stem. The valve guide centers the valve on the valve seat insert and transmits a proportion of the heat from the valve head, through the valve stem to the cylinder head.

We manufactured Valve Tappet/Lifter from cold forging/chilled cast iron material. Tappets offered are designed to perfection and are precision engineered for high performance.
