TETRIS is the compact version of a spray booth, combining high quality jobs with major energy savings. It addresses the refinishing issues of relatively small objects without having to revert to a standard sized automotive refinishing spray booth. The reduced dimensions result in two advantages: profitability is increased thanks to low energy costs; by leaving the main spray booth free, it can be more efficiently dedicated to objects of larger dimensions, optimising workshop productivity and energy consumption. AIRFORCE: was developed satisfy every specific work need, offering the best as far as advantages and performance are concerned. The use of 0.5 meter guarantees a modularity which optimizes the use of space. Air flow in the cabin is perfectly calibrated in every single work phase, allowing the operator to work in a healthy and completely dust free environment. The AirForce heating system has been developed to always ensure perfect combustion, thanks to the integration between the latest generation of direct flame technology and the ventilation system of the booth. The integration of inverter technology guarantees maximum operational efficiency of the motors. The progressive action of the inverter always allows for optimal pressure in the booth based on the type of work that is being done. All of the different possible lighting solutions guarantee an abundant amount of diffused light in the cabin.

E-FORCE: is the electric evolution of the spray booth, fitted with short wave infrared system composed of high performance radiating panels. The emitter manages to convey radiation, reaching an infrared useful power of 170%. Three versions available: completely electrical with 4-row battery from 50 to 100kW, hybrid with hot water heating, hybrid with direct fired burner.

PRIMA: is the sturdy and reliable spray booth which guarantees long lasting top level performance. Practical and rational thanks to its modularity, PRIMA allows for optimal solutions according to the available space.

MAXI: is the industrial spray booth available with downdraft o semi-downdraft airflow to create the best working conditions for every need. The use of inverter technology results in maximum operational efficiency of the motors and energy savings. Backward inclined turbines directly coupled to the motors guarantee high performance and balanced air flow in the booth. The multi-level lighting system guarantees an abundant amount of diffused light in the booth. The industrial spray booth MAXI is available with multiple solutions of entrance and locking systems, at either end of the booth and also in the middle, with manual or motorized operation. 3-axis operator lift platforms are the best instrument for making painting easy, safe and comfortable. Our desire is to supply our client with a spray booth which is safe for the operator’s health and at the same time fully capable of satisfying his professional requirements.

The DRYTECH system with direct fired burner is specially designed to be easily retrofitted in any type of hot air generator, in replacement of the combustion chamber and traditional burner. DRYTECH allows for faster heat build up, more stable temperatures, and reduced working cycle time. Lower operating costs and optimised curing cycle times guarantee excellent energy and fuel savings.

The heating system with direct fired gas burner ensures a 100% combustion efficiency. Increased motor efficiency is used in the ventilation system: the number of revolutions vary according to the specific job requirements, thereby avoiding maximum power usage when not necessary.

The AIRZONE DYNAMIC, is the area that adapts automatically and intelligently to the type of job that the operator is performing: sanding, priming or refinishing for rapid repairs. The computerized electrical panel independently manages the exclusive Dynamic Flow system, which controls the air flow by automatically changing its intensity and type of ventilation. This allows faster processing in the preparation area, reducing work time with the certainty of always obtaining a maximum quality result. Each workstation is equipped with remote controls for a more convenient control and less movement from the operators. Optional: remote supervision and scheduled maintenance.

The DTAIL ZONE is the modular and customisable area, ideal for car detailing, polishing and inspection, available with fixed walls or our patented motorised curtain containment system with built-in lights “Led Shield System”.

CUBE SERIE: completely pre-assembled monoblock unit; its limited dimensions facilitate positioning in tight spaces. Particularly suited to be used as heated air inlet unit for prep areas and semi downdraft spay booths of limited dimensions. MINIAU SERIE: hot air generator suitable for a wide variety of applications thanks to reduced dimensions, light weight and 35 to 70 kW heating capacity. Completely pre-assembled monoblock unit. Handling capacity 1500 cu.m/h to 8000 cu.m/h with forward blade fans. Also available in combi solution with air extraction unit.
