OZGAYD company was founded in 1984 to produce standart and special valve guides made of cast iron and bronze. Annual production capacity is 3.000.000 pieces.

In 2004, Ozgayd started the production of engine valve seat and completed projects about high-chromium and special alloy materials for vehicles with CNG-LPG with TUBITAK successfully. The annual production capacity is1.000.000 pieces.

Starting its R&D activities in 2014, the investment in aluminum cylinder head production started in 2015 and now it is able to produce 150.000 pieces of aluminum cylinder head for passenger and commercial vehicles per a year.

OZGAYD has capability to manufacture all products produced by melting in its own foundry and offers machining. Ozgayd Automotive continues its sales, after-sales support and innovation activities with its experienced team in domestic and international markets.
