Pistons are cast using Aluminum Alloy LM13 / Hypereutectic ingots. Piston range also includes Gravity Die-Cast, Ni-Resist, Dual Ni-Resist, Conventional Composite/Articulated and Gallery Cooled.

Coatings: - Graphite, Tin, Phosphate, Moly and Anodized.

Diameter from 28mm to 250mm.

Cylinder Liners (Wet Liners), Sleeves (Dry Liners- Semi/Fully Finished), Air-Cooled Cylinders are done in Grey cast iron GG25 Grade being centrifugally cast and processed to achieve compact structure and high strength.

Outer Diameter from 45mm to 350mm.

Rings are Individually and Centrifugally cast for Grey Cast Iron and Ductile Iron(S.G Iron) from 25mm to 600mm Diameterusually—a top compression ring, second groove compression (or oil scraper) ring, oil control ring, Lock Ring, Hydraulic Ring, Snap Ring, Rider Ring. Wear resistance coatings such as chrome plating and molybdenum spray assists in the initial run-in and provide protection from rust.
