LPR manufactures braking system components since 1952, in the factory set up in Brescia by Pietro Arici.
In 1977, Pietro’s son, Luciano Arici, undertook the activity started by his father and transferred it to Piacenza, in Rivasso di Agazzano. In 1999 the company has moved the headquarters to Saint Nicholas, in the Province of Piacenza, without leaving the old factory in Rivasso di Agazzano, which is still fully active, with over 200 machine tools.
A thorough management, along with an investment plan aimed at constantly updating the equipment, have allowed LPR to constantly expand its horizon throughout over 65 years of history.
Few years later, thanks to the quality and innovation of its products, LPR has reached the top of the global market and became one of the best known braking systems manufacturers on an international level, trading its brand in over 80 countries around the world.
Research represents a crucial component for the foregoing evolution and global success of LPR.
Commitment to research means not only quality products, but also development of new technical solutions, improvement of the production phases and constant attention towards advanced technology.
Thanks to the constant commitment on Quality and Research, LPR has been awarded important certifications.
Autonomy is one of the key elements that granted our company success. LPR makes constant investments to operate autonomously and stays always one step ahead and updated in the use and evolution of cutting-edge technologies.
The investments have granted LPR the possibility to supervise the entire production cycle from the inside, and to constantly improve the single production phases, from the machining process up to packaging.
