July 1956: Founded as Ejiri Radiator Industries

December 1959: The Company name changed to Koyo Radiator Manufacturing and moved the head office to the central Nagoya area.

March 1968: Establish radiator and oil cooler manufacturing factories in Nagoya.

January 1994: Production Plant - Pt. Koyo Jaya Indonesia opened in Indonesia.

April 2000: Sales & Warehouse - Koyo Cooling Systems, Inc. established in CA, USA

Dec 2004: Sales Office - Koyo International Operations Pte. Ltd. established in Singapore.

February 2005: Production Plant - Koyo Heat Exchange (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. - established in Suzhou China.

May 2005: Sales & Warehouse - Koyo Cooling System Inc. East Coast office established in New Jersey, USA. Due to re-organization, this facility was closed by Dec 2014.

April 2006: Marked a milestone in the history of Koyorad as celebration of 50 years presence in the Japan industry. The company name renewed as Koyo Radiator Company Ltd.

July 2010: Sales & Warehouse - Koyo International Operations Pte. Ltd., new distribution facility established in Netherlands.

September 2014: Production Plant - Koyorad Myanmar Corporation Co. Ltd., established in Yangon Myanmar.

January 2016: Company name changed officially to KOYORAD for worldwide branches.
