Our automated crankshaft production line is equipped with high-precision equipment, such as YOYODA and Toyota Koki CBN CNC grinding machines, Mori Seiki lathes, Japanese Nippei NTC CNC machining centers, Hegenscheidt roller straightening machines, Inductoheat dedicated quenching machines, Japanese Nachi CNC end-face drilling machines, CNC oil hole machining centers, and Komatsu machinery.

Our inspection equipment includes Marposs automatic crankshaft inspection machines, Adcole comprehensive crankshaft inspection instruments, Zoller CNC tool presetters, Taylor roughness testers, and coordinate measuring machines, among others.
