The new range Italrepair ® includes everything required for a professional tyre and
tube repair. The use of high quality raw materials and state–of-art manufacturing
technologies for making our products guarantee high quality standards (safety,
durability, simplicity of installation, etc.)
Tube Patches
ITALMATIC tube repair patches are made of cured black body with self-vulcanizing
cushion gum. Patches can be vulcanized with atmospheric temperature using
Italmatic cement. The feather edges provide better bonding and sealing around the
prepared injury. The feather edges can also be layered to allow repair injuries that
are close together.
Radial tyre repair Patches
Chemically vulcanizing, fabric reinforced single repair unit patches, manufactured to
withstand extreme heat and flexing in the field. Can be cured chemically at room
temperature or when tyres are cured in retread moulds, pre-cure tyre steam
bonders/electric chamber with high or low temperature. Also, where tyre injury
alone (Spot repairing) is cured separately and patches applied over the injury inside
the tyre afterwords.
Chemicals
ITALMATIC Cement (Fast Dry and HD-Blue) is formulated to provide outstanding
performance when used with ITALMATIC Repair materials. Extremely easy to apply
having outstanding drying time suitable to atmospheric temperature of different
location. Cement has a long shelf life and provides excellent adhesion for all
application.

Italmatic TPMS division was established in 2015 to offer specialistic solutions for the spare part market. The offer includes sensors, diagnosis and programming instruments, spare parts, tools, as well as training and technical support. The essential and strategic component of TPMS program is represented by Italsensor products which, since 2016, are recognized by the market as synonymous of quality, reliability and innovation. Differently from other brands, Italsensor stood out for the evolutionary path of the product, through the uptake of exclusive technologies, like for example NFC, introduced by Italmatic as first in a tpms sensor. This was possible thanks to a R&D team (with seat in Germany) based on engineers with great experience in the field both in OE and in
After Market, and who assisted Italmatic in the implementation of its vision and path, also through the selection of most qualified industrial partners.
The range of Italsensor products offers the right answer to the requirements of different types of customers, including the small tyre shop, the distributor, until reaching the industrial assembler of complete wheels. Established in 1966, ITALMATIC started operating in the rubber field and, in particular, in the designing, construction and installation of machines and complete plants to retread tyres,
obtaining in a short time a strong recognition at international level. Among the main equipment: computerized buffing machines, extruders, builders, autoclaves, presses and tyre moulds.
Since 1983 Italmatic put beside the traditional business a wide range of consumables and accessories for tyre shops and retreaders; today Italmatic is a leading company at worldwide
level for the completeness of offer to the companies operating in the fields of retreading, repairing and assistance to tyres. Italmatic produces many of the items handled, among which
buffing blades and rasps, carbide tools, balancing weights, and repairing material (patches and chemicals) with relevant market shares at international level. Beside the products of
its own manufacture the distribution, in many cases on the exclusivity basis, of primary international companies is put. In the years, through significant investments among
which the establishment in 1976 of a second plant of 10.000 sq.mt. near Lucca, ITALMATIC extended its activities to new business lines.
