In our company; In the production planning department, computer-aided designs and software are produced and operation plans based on production are prepared. In production, martensitic and austenitic valve steels imported from first-class world manufacturers, complying with DIN 17480 standards, are used. All incoming materials are checked for quality and accepted into the warehouse. The production of the materials that are checked and accepted is carried out on special CNC and PLC controlled machines. In order to ensure product quality, product features are checked at every stage of production according to operation control plans. The quality of the completed valves is 100% inspected in the final control laboratory equipped with modern measuring devices, and they are made ready for shipment by making protective packaging.
When requested, stellite welding filler is applied to the seating surfaces and handle ends to increase resistance to abrasion. High fluidity and durability are the most important factors in the valves of race car engines. For this reason, special stellite material is applied to the seating surface and valve tip of racing car valves. Additionally, the valve throat is polished for high fluidity.
