The tire changer FERDUS 8650 is a model that clamps to the center of the wheel. It is designed for changing the tires of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Ideal for heavy-duty conditions. The main advantage of the machine is the reduction in the time needed for tire changing, significantly simpler operation, minimal physical strain, and safer handling.

The center clamping can handle a range of 12-30 inches, with a maximum tire diameter of 1200 mm and a rim width of 15 inches. The machine is equipped with a wheel lifter with a capacity of 85 kg. Rotation speed is smoothly adjustable up to 13 rpm.

Bead breaking is performed with a plate that is part of the helper. This eliminates the need to move the wheel. The design has also changed. There is more space under the work area and the central column with auxiliary arms are much more robust and sturdy. Pneumatic arm tilting is performed sideways instead of backwards, which saves additional space in the workshop.

The machine is equipped with pedals controlled built-in pressure gauge for inflation and a super-automatic mounting hook ZD05 in the latest generation.

Intended for cold vulcanization of RADIAL, DIAGONAL repair inserts, PS and VS patches, and ON 12 and ON 16 combination patch stems. A thin layer is applied to a sanded and roughened surface. Drying time at least 5 minutes. Cold vulcanization takes place from a temperature of 18°C. The fluid can also be used for hot vulcanization at temperatures up to 155°C.

FERMONT RED Mounting paste has excellent sliding properties and is used for mounting and dismounting larger tyres Its consistency is slightly more solid and the application brush cannot be immersed in it. It is transparent, reddish coloured, after drying it does not leave visible traces on tyres. It has anti-corrosive properties and when spread, it improves the appearance of the tyre side.

FERMONT RED is applied in a very thin layer on the tyre bead; therefore, the working consumption is low.

FERMONT RED is extremely slick and is used when the sliding properties should be maintained for a longer time. It is suitable for every demanding mounting and dismounting job, for truck, tractor and digging machine tyres as well as for manual mounting and for field jobs at higher (summer) temperatures.

Intended for repairs of highly loaded radial-ply tyres of personal cars. UR PLUS has a unique inner bearing structure with a cross tie. Due to this design, the tyre is not distorted at the site of damage. Bearing material can be found only at locations where the force transmission occurs. Other parts of UR PLUS inserts are lightened. UR PLUS inserts are easily bendable. The inserts are easily adapted to inner shapes of low-profile tyres. The inserts can be used for hot repairs (up to 155 °C).

The GAMMA550 is a scissor lift for vehicle geometry with a capacity of 5.5 tons.

The platform length for this model is 4608 mm, but it can lift a vehicle with a wheelbase up to 300 mm longer than is usual for similar equipment, due to the platform pads that do not encroach on the interior space under the vehicle in any position, and also thanks to the extreme cutout for the turntables, which ends 55 mm from the edges.

The width of the platforms is 715 mm, and the distance between them can be adjusted from 800 to 1100 mm, making the machine suitable for lifting extended versions of delivery vans or other LUVs.

The ramps are 165 mm high, with a maximum platform height of 2040 mm. The lift also has a wheel-hanging lift that adds an additional 470 mm.
