Enker factory of spark plugs and technical ceramics was founded in 1974 as a part of Energoinvest Holding. The production was launched under the license of England's Smith Industries Limited, the manufacturer of the world-renowned brand KLG England. Today Enker exists as private stock company and holds the leading position in production of spark plugs and technical ceramics in Southeast Europe.
Enker is export oriented and exports 95% of its production to more than 30 countries across the world, on all 5 continents.
The annual production of Enker is: 15 million spark plugs, 2 million igniters and 200 tons of technical cermic products.
