elexon was founded in 2019 with the aim of driving the expansion of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and energy management solutions across Europe.

With its 360° charging infrastructure solutions, elexon offers comprehensive plug-and-play solutions for the planning, installation and service of efficient e-vehicle charging parks from a single source. 

In addition, elexon supports companies in becoming energy self-sufficient in the long term by means of a grid-independent energy supply. From the elexon portfolio, the combination of own PV-systems, an intelligent load and charging management as well as a charging infrastructure using V2E (Vehicle-to-Enterprise) technology is used for this. 

Since the end of 2023, elexon has been wholly owned by VARO Energy. This strategic partnership will enable elexon to consolidate its position as an industry leader in logistics, expand its pioneering role in other segments and jointly develop innovative solutions with VARO to meet the challenges of the changing energy market.
