Founded in 1998 , we are a textile & PVC Car Mats Manufacturer, based at Wykroty (South-Western of Poland).
Thanks to over two decades of experience, we are the main car mats producer among Europe.
As a Producer, we are capable to manufacture universal, semi-tailored and custom-made mats.
The company has a 10.000 m² area (production, warehouse and office). This area allows us to supply more than 210.000 car mats each month. We are the main supplier in Central & Eastern Europe. Custo Pol also supplies car manufacturers (OEM).
A location close to you: 20 mins by truck from the German border and 40 mins by truck from the Czech border.

To cut our shapes, we are using digital automatic machines (cutting plotters). This enable us to cut any shape of the mats.
We are using several types of trimming and techniques to finish off the edges of the car mats: leather, nubuck, textile piping, overlock.
We are able to produce car mats with sewed or welded heel pads (thanks to High Frequency Welding Machine which makes elements of machine to heat up and combine heel pad and car mats together).
OUR PVC MATS PRODUCTION
To produce PVC Car Mats, we are using hydraulic injection molding machines. The plastic mass formed from the molten granulates is injected into appropriates shaped molds.
When plastic mass cools down and coagulates, molds are open and the mats are ready.
Our PVC Car Mats are waterproof and keep the dirt. Very easy to clean.
Finally, most important, they are made to last.
