Designed to guarantee high performance with minimum consumption, it is available in a wide range of solutions to meet every space and work organization need. The touch control panel, immediate and easy to use, makes all the control operations in the area simple. AirZone easily adapts to the available space in each body shop thanks to its reduced height floor base and heating system that can also be positioned outdoors. Solutions are tailor made based on specific customer requests. Wide choice of the most advanced heating and ventilating units are available to meet any need. The heating system with direct fired gas burner ensures a 100% combustion efficiency. Increased motor efficiency is used in the ventilation system: the number of revolutions vary according to the specific job requirements, thereby avoiding maximum power usage when not necessary.

The AIRZONE DYNAMIC, is the area that adapts automatically and intelligently to the type of job that the operator is performing: sanding, priming or refinishing for rapid repairs. The computerized electrical panel independently manages the exclusive Dynamic Flow system, which controls the air flow by automatically changing its intensity and type of ventilation. This allows faster processing in the preparation area, reducing work time with the certainty of always obtaining a maximum quality result. Each workstation is equipped with remote controls for a more convenient control and less movement from the operators. Optional: remote supervision and scheduled maintenance.

The DTAIL ZONE is the modular and customisable area, ideal for car detailing, polishing and inspection, available with fixed walls or our patented motorised curtain containment system with built-in lights “Led Shield System”.

TETRIS is the compact version of a spray booth, combining high quality jobs with major energy savings. It addresses the refinishing issues of relatively small objects without having to revert to a standard sized automotive refinishing spray booth. The reduced dimensions result in two advantages: profitability is increased thanks to low energy costs; by leaving the main spray booth free, it can be more efficiently dedicated to objects of larger dimensions, optimising workshop productivity and energy consumption.
