The torque limiter NovaPAR is an innovative system specifically designed to limit the torque
transmitted by any impact gun, whether pneumatic or electric, to the bolts that hold the rim to the
vehicle.
Controlling the impact of a gun, whether pneumatic or electric, is very complicated NovaPAR torque limiter incorporates a very innovative system of washers that limits the impact that any gun
transmits to both the tire screws and the rim.
There is not in the market a torque limiter to ensure the tightening of the bolts that hold the rim to
the vehicle not to exceed the pressure recommended by vehicle manufacturers which is between
12-14 kg/m.
Without our torque limiter limiter the pressure of the screws can exceed 25 kg/m which might
produce:
• Deformation and breakage of screws
• road vibrations
• tire deformation
• Inability to release the screws of the wheel if you puncture on the road.
NovaPAR has been also designed taking great care of its exterior appearance, it is a compact casing made of tempered steel on which a bi-plastic component is super-injected that provides a secure grip and a careful and elegant design.
NovaPAR is very easy to be used we just need to place the NovaPAR between the impact gun and
the socket wrench.
When using NovaPAR we are also contributing to improve the environmental sustainability and also to reduce CO2 emissions, since on many occasions a puncture on the road leads to the removal of the vehicle by a tow truck as the drive of the vehicle cannot release the bolts that hold the rim to the vehicle. Using our System allows the owner to loosen those bolts and carry out the tire change himself.
