In comparison with other models currently on the market, Arch Dryer is very compact and extremely versatile.
It is able to move in all directions: longitudinal, transversal and vertical (with a maximum range of 1.2 m) and can rotate on itself.
In combination with its precise and reliable distance sensors, it can perfectly follow the vehicle shape or the parts that have to be dried.
It can be installed in preparation stations or in spray booths. This system can handle up to 6 different preparation stations side by side, Arch Dryer can work in any of these preparation stations.
Furthermore, it can also be installed in single or double spray booths and can be used alone or in combination with a second system to create a complete arch (Arch Dryer Plus).
The control unit is placed outside the working area and, thanks to the large touch screen display, it is possible to manage and control all processing operations. The control software is efficient, very intuitive and easy to use.
