Unique lifting system

The Stertil-Koni SKYLIFT is completely vertical in its lifting operation. There is no overhang, meaning that this lift takes up less space than a parallelogram vehicle lift. Due to the unique Y-shaped construction of the lift supports and base plates, the forces are diverted as effectively as possible. This allows for a relatively light construction. Furthermore, this Y-shaped construction allows ample room for free movement under the platforms.

There are no cross beams, scissors or columns to get in the way. The mechanic is therefore able to move about freely under the platforms, something which is impossible with a traditional scissor lift.

Ultra-Shallow Construction

Recognized as the industry’s first ultra-shallow, full-rise, in-ground lifting system, ECOLIFT is available in a 2-scissor or 3-scissor configuration with total lifting capacity of 27,000 kg. and 40,500 kg.

The shallow pit construction has a depth of just 1/2 of the lifting height.
With an installation depth of just 0,87 m. the ECOLIFT is the answer to situations with bedrock, water table or unstable soil conditions.

Easy Installation

Not only is the installation depth extremely low, there are also no concrete embedded components, saving installation time and money. Optionally, the entire in-ground lift can completely be moved to another facility. The ECOLIFT is the only re-locatable in-ground lifting system in the world.

Continuous Recess

The ECOLIFT accommodates vehicles with extremely low ground clearance. Because of the Continuous Recess System, the recessed front superstructure traverses flush to the floor over the entire length of the front pit travel range. So there is no risk of damaging the vehicle during positioning of the movable carriage and superstructure underneath the vehicle.

Innovative design

The hydraulic system is mounted in the freestanding control console and is easily accessible for maintenance or service. An industry proven electronically controlled synchronization system ensures smooth and safe lifting and lowering even with unevenly loaded vehicles. Choose between a lifting capacity of 8.5 or 10 tons

Both 8.5 ton and 10 ton EARTHLIFT models are available. The 8.5 ton EARTHLIFT model for example is ideal for super single tyres. For fleets or workshops requiring extra lifting capacity, there is the 10 ton EARTHLIFT model.

Simple recharging with 230V

Although recharging is less frequent with the EARTHLIFT, each column is fitted with two deep cycle marine batteries which can simply be recharged with a 230V energy source.
