For automotive OEM serial painting POLYSIL collaborates with its partners to provide solutions for the finishing of plastic mounting parts in the exterior and interior areas.

The product portfolio includes primers with a special POLYSIL agent to ensure excellent adhesion on non-pretreated polypropylene (PP), PP/EPM, ABS, PA6, etc. For this purpose there are both solvent-based and environmentally friendly, water-based primers available.

The aim is to optimise the finishing process with primers which render the flame treatment stage superfluous. A pioneering approach which, in close consultation with the customer, results in an optimised process.
