Tube Patches
ITALMATIC tube repair patches are made of cured black body with self-vulcanizing
cushion gum. Patches can be vulcanized with atmospheric temperature using
Italmatic cement. The feather edges provide better bonding and sealing around the
prepared injury. The feather edges can also be layered to allow repair injuries that
are close together.
Radial tyre repair Patches
Chemically vulcanizing, fabric reinforced single repair unit patches, manufactured to
withstand extreme heat and flexing in the field. Can be cured chemically at room
temperature or when tyres are cured in retread moulds, pre-cure tyre steam
bonders/electric chamber with high or low temperature. Also, where tyre injury
alone (Spot repairing) is cured separately and patches applied over the injury inside
the tyre afterwords.
Chemicals
ITALMATIC Cement (Fast Dry and HD-Blue) is formulated to provide outstanding
performance when used with ITALMATIC Repair materials. Extremely easy to apply
having outstanding drying time suitable to atmospheric temperature of different
location. Cement has a long shelf life and provides excellent adhesion for all
application.
