Urea pump
The Urea Pump is a critical component of the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system, designed to reduce harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions from diesel engines. This advanced pump efficiently delivers urea solution (commonly known as Diesel Exhaust Fluid or DEF) from the storage tank to the injector nozzle, ensuring optimal emission control and compliance with environmental regulations.
WHY CHOOSE BAIAN Urea Pumps?
1. Diaphragm-type liquid pump design, which separates the fluid from the motor and regulates the speed of the motor from 800-3500RPM, providing working pressure to the urea nozzle.
2. Anti-freeze design, when the pump is turned off, the pressure in the pump will naturally decay (about 15 minutes), the main filter element will not be damaged by freezing, and the urea pump can withstand the volume of the urea fluid that expands when it freezes.
3. Thawing ability design, coolant from the engine warming up circulates in the urea pump to make it thaw, thawing the urea fluid in the pump through the heat conduction property of the metal structure.
4. The aviation high-strength one-way valve design is adopted to improve the durability in the case of large flow of urea solution, and has strong anti-pollution ability, and is not easy to be blocked and stuck.
5. The design of an independent circuit-controlled motor monitors the injection pressure according to the pressure sensor at the end of the urea dosing modules and controls the speed of the urea pump motor to ensure the output pressure. In addition, there is a pressure relief valve to ensure that the pressure in the pipeline does not exceed the standard to ensure the safety of the system.
6.Comprehensive Testing: Each urea pump undergoes extensive testing, including thermal cycling, vibration, and endurance tests, to ensure it meets or exceeds industry standards.
