AUTOMATIC REWIND, SPRING - DRIVEN HOSE REELS

Automatic rewind, spring-driven hose reel, adjustable arms series EVO, in painted steel, suitable for hoses of max 25 m length and max diameter of 1/2”. The hose reel is supplied without hoses and can be used with hoses for the supply of oils, antifreeze, grease, compressed air and water. From the inlet swivel joint the fluid flows through an interchangeable hose connection adapter assembly on which the hose is mounted (standard version galvanized steel, available on demand also in stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316).Please see catalogue pages 228 and 229 for the selection of the required hoses. On demand the hose reels can also be supplied with a spring brake kit(see information at the end of this page!); please add suffi x “/HB” to the article number (f. ex. 9090/HB)!




Flexbimec manufactures a wide range of hose reels that guarantee a comfortable hose rewinding in all possible application fields and fluids such as:

  • Lubricating oils and antifreeze
  • Grease - Compressed air
  • Water at low or high pressure
  • Fuels
  • AdBlue®/DEF/AUS32

The use of hose reels provides more security in the workshop and increases the life of hoses since those are no longer rest upon the floor after use where they could be damaged. In order to satisfy all application requirements the hose reels are available in two main materials:

  • Epoxy powder-coat painted carbon steel
  • Stainless steel AISI 304 (on demand also AISI 316)

The hose rewinding can be carried out:

  • automatically by the use of a spring,
  • manually by the use of a hand crank,
  • by the use of a hydraulic motor,
  • by the use of an electric motor.

The hose reel range can also be divided into 2 basic categories with regard on the hose diameter to be installed:

  • Hose reels for hoses up to 1/2”
  • Hose reels for hoses up to 1’ 1/2”

In order to be able to off er a suitable solution to any requirement existing in the market, various hose reel series have been developed.

MID MI-005 APPROVED OIL FLOW METER

The Flexbimec oil flow meter series MID MI-005 comply with metrological standards and requirements concerning accuracy as defined in the a.m. Directive and can be used therefore as approved meters also in legal transactions

Electronic oval gears flow meter for oil, approved for legal transactions according to MID MI-005, Directive 2014/32/EU, with control gun, rubber protection guard, trigger guard, oil flow control pipe with sight glass, flexible rubber outlet, Ø 1/2”, with curved rigid 90° stem, automatic anti-drip nozzle and inlet swivel 1/2” BSP (M).

This flow meter fully comply the requirements of the OIML R117-1 (Dynamic measuring systems for liquids other than water – Part 1:

Metrological and technical requirements, edition 2007) and Welmec 7.2 software guide, May 2011.

PNEUMATIC LUBRICATING PUMPS

FLEXBIMEC produces a wide range of pneumatic oil pumps that offers an appropriate solution for any kind of fl uid viscosity, required delivery, pumping distance, necessary outlet pressure, ambient temperature as well as for simultaneous fluid supplies and any type of storage container. The FLEXBIMECoil pump range is completed by the industrial pump series “Power Bull” with high delivery pumps for the supply of fluid lubricants in demanding conditions. These pumps are particularly recommended for the distribution of medium or high viscosity oils in applications or pipeworks where a simultaneous supply in different distribution points at high pressure and high delivery is required. The elevated quality of the used materials and the innovative constructional concept of the pneumatic motors of this line assure the following characteristics and advantages:

  • Effi ciency of a constant flow,
  • Low noise level,
  • Limited number of piston strokes,
  • Low vibrations,
