The Stucchi 1950 hose reels are designed to preserve the hose, give the possibility to change the recovery mode even at a later time (by means of a spring, radio control or remote control), and facilitate maintenance operations. Different reel drum sizes available (S, M, L, XL, XXL) and hoses with diameter from 75 mm to 150 mm, they can be used in repair shops for mopeds/scooter up to heavy vehicles.

We have also developed hose reels with centrifugal fan, ideal models for independent exhaust gas extraction systems. In the standard version, they are equipped with anti-crushing neoprene hose that can withstand temperatures up to 180°, but, if necessary, they can be supplied with dedicated hose resistant to higher temperatures.

Stucchi 1950 central dust extraction systems have been designed to vacuum and filter dry dust or dust derived from sanding.

Our extractors are equipped with latest generation turbine which varies, depending on the model, from a minimum power of 2.2 kW to a maximum of 15 kW. They are also equipped with a very high efficiency bag filter and an automatic/programmable cleaning system. The touch screen control panel allows you to monitor its operation and adjust the cleaning intervals.

An automatic switch-on and switch-off system starts the suction turbine when the first tool (a sanding machine, for example) is activated and will stop it a few seconds after the last one is switched off, thus ensuring significant energy savings. Stucchi 1950 suction turbines can serve from two to ten workstations at the same time, the models from 7.5 kW up to 15 kW can be equipped with an inverter while always maintaining efficient suction with minimum consumption.
