About us

QI Automotive is located in Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China. It was established in 2004 and has four subsidiaries with nearly 300 employees. The stock code is 837242. QI is Committed to the design, development and sales of non-vulnerable parts for the global automotive aftermarket. The business scope covers after-sales parts for automobiles, trucks and buses, RVs, yachts, motorcycles, and ATV/UTV. It also has rich experience and regenerative manufacturing capabilities in the field of resource recycling. The main products include automotive transmission, electronic and electrical, steering, braking, power systems, etc. QI has a team of nearly 50 software and hardware developers and nearly 20 quality engineers. The team members have worked for well-known domestic companies such as Huawei, SAIC Motor, Geely, BYD, Great Wall Motors, Visteon, Union Optech, Haier, and Hisense.

Our Products

Dual Mass Flywheel

QI has developed 22 models of dual-mass flywheels, covering Audi, VW, Peugeot, Ford, Cadillac, etc., with a total mold investment of over US$600,000. Each dual-mass flywheel has been verified by 100,000 kilometers of simulation durability tests. The products comply with OE standards and have reliable quality.

Transfer Case Assembly

QI has developed 42 transfer cases, covering mainstream car series such as Mercedes, BMW, GM, Ford, and Jeep. The products are processed with precision professional equipment for gear hobbing and shaving, which can make them low-noise and have a long service life. Each model has undergone on-car test and 30,000-kilometer durability testing. Annual sales exceed 18,000 pieces.

Blind Spot Detection Sensor

QI blind spot detection sensor has professional algorithm simulation capabilities and covers a large amount of special and regular working condition test data. It also has 77G millimeter-wave radar system, which basically covers all the functions of the blind spot system of mass-produced models on the market. QI has a professional development team that can customize product functions according to customer needs. Currently, 12 blind spot detection sensors have been developed.

DPF Fuel Additive Tank

The function of the DPF additive tank is to store and add catalyst to the fuel tank. Currently QI has developed 17 models of DPF additive tanks. The product is cost-effective and its performance meets OE standards. Each product is tested in Europe for more than 10,000 kilometers to ensure quality and durability.

Differential Assembly

In response to the problem of differential noise and oil leakage that often occurs in rear-wheel drive vehicles, four-wheel drive vehicles, and hard-core off-road vehicles, QI has developed conventional differentials and locking differentials for Cadillac series, BMW series, Jeep series, etc. based on market research results. Products such as transmissions and limited-slip differentials have been widely praised by the market.
