Electrostatic powder coating is a solvent-free surface coating method.

Coating material is very fine powder paint particles that form the final coat of paint. Powder paint is applied in the paint booth using special paint guns. The powder paint particles, which are electrostatically charged while passing through the gun, adhere to the material to be painted in the cabin and the coating process is completed. In order for the powder paint to fully adhere to the material surface, the material must be ground very well.

After the material is coated with powder paint, it enters the baking oven. The oven temperature of 200˚C ensures that the powder paint melts and sticks to the material. The result is a very durable, economical, environmentally friendly, wide color range and glossy surface coating.
