Its main premise is a maintenance-free cleaning process. The operator's role is merely to install the DPF filter in the machine cabin and press the START button.
The machine is dedicated to clients seeking to stand out in the DPF service market with an innovative solution, focusing on optimizing labor costs and automating services.
The machine is entirely constructed from high-quality stainless steel, including a major portion coated with an exclusive glitter-enhanced powder paint and parts painted with an "orange peel" texture finish. The beautiful design and operator panel make a significant impression on new clients of the DPF service.
he DPF Platinum (AI) operates using wet and dry cleaning technology - DPF Hybrid. Additionally, it is equipped with a proprietary artificial intelligence algorithm - DPF AI SmartClean™.
After installing the filter in the machine cabin and pressing the START button, the entire process: cleaning, drying, efficiency measurements of the DPF filter, and printing of the cleaning result occur automatically. The machine is equipped with a designer 15-inch touch panel.
The cleaning process operates in a closed circuit. The DPF filter is mounted on both sides simultaneously using connecting adapters to the main process hoses installed inside the machine cabin.
The machine is offered with a set of connecting accessories for DPF filters from passenger and commercial vehicles, including a chamber adapter for filters from commercial vehicles. Moreover, the DPF Platinum(AI) comes equipped in its configuration without additional payment, meaning it includes an Oil Extractor and an automatic detergent dispenser. There is also the option to equip the machine cabin door with latex gloves and an air gun.
The starter kit includes all accessories, including connection adapters for DPF filters, 25 liters of detergent, and filter cartridges.
