CR-IP.1-4I

Description

The device Diesel tester CR-IP.1-4I is for diagnostics of Common Rail injectors manufactured by Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Siemens VDO on a bench.

CR-IP.1-4I allows to test diesel electrically controlled injectors of the Common Rail system, providing the necessary injector control signals and fuel pressure set by the user by controlling the control valve.

The device can be controlled in manual mode by means of control buttons on the front panel and in automatic mode by means of software on a personal computer.

In manual mode, nozzle control functions are available for checking the volumetric output, visual evaluation of the shape and intensity of the spray pattern, and the function of measuring the anchor stroke (Stroke mode), for electromagnetic injectors manufactured by Bosch.

In automatic mode it is also possible to control the pressure regulator to maintain the set pressure in the system, to control various actuators (e.g. switching on/off the booster pump, controlling the measuring unit shutter), to measure the Response time for testing and coding of Delphi injectors.

Test Bench CR-IP.4E

CR-IP.4E Test bench for Common Rail Injectors

The CR-IP test bench is designed for testing and coding of Common Rail injectors manufactured by Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens at system pressure up to 2400 bar. Measurements are made in the electronic measuring system. By electronically measuring each single injection (not the average value), high accuracy is achieved when measuring even very small pre-injection volumes.

The package includes ARMD software with test plans.

The program allows you to carry out testing and coding both automatically and manually, using standard or custom (self-created) test plans.

The CR-IP test bench allows you to simultaneously test 4 injectors in same time and determine the temperature of the test fluid at each injector.

The CR-IP bench uses the CR4-Tester device, designed to supply user-programmable control signals to Common Rail injectors to test their operation (spray pattern and intensity, volumetric output).

The design of the CR-IP stand and its equipment meet the requirements of international standards for static and dynamic parameters - ISO 4008/1 and ISO 4008/2.

The software and hardware complex "ARM Diesel" allows:

  • to create the configuration (sensors, actuators) of the test bench pump;
  • set the number of cycles;
  • set engine speed;
  • control the values of temperature, pressure, discrete (contact) sensors;
  • electronic limb function;
  • monitor the injection angle of the high-pressure fuel pump;
  • control of diesel tester devices VE, PE;

control the temperature of the test liquid.
