Description
Clair5000Multi forms the combination of a circulating air paint mist and dust extraction system that can be combined with a painting table for painting small parts. With other pre-filters, the Clair5000Multi is also suitable for extracting dust (including electrically conductive ones) and welding fumes.
When painting vehicles, more and more small damage repairs (spot repairs) are being carried out.
The Clair 5000 paint mist extraction system can be operated independently or together with the extraction table. While the Clair 5000 is mainly used for painting spot repairs directly on vehicles, the associated extraction table is suitable for smaller individual parts.
The innovative advantage of this combination lies in the universality and energy savings with just one product for multiple applications.
The Clair5000 is driven by a 400V 1.35 kW motor with an air capacity of 4,900m³/h via 5 filter stages (pre-filter, main filter, fine dust compact filter, activated carbon filter cell with 110 kg, pocket filter), the sucked-in air is cleaned of 99.99% of pollutants .
The system works in the air circulation process, which means an enormous Energy saving of heat is given. No supply air is required.
Especially for spot repairs (20x30cm) on the vehicle or for small parts, the use of a paint booth does not make ecological sense, since costs of 10 - 40 € per hour are required for drive and heating energy. The same with conventional suction walls; warm air is directed outside and trapped dust can settle because the air from the workshop flows past the surface to be painted.
Part of the cleaned air is pushed downwards through the plenum of the Clair so that no dust gets to the painted area.
The Clair5000 Multi only needs about €1.50 per hour including filter and electricity.
The Clair5000 can be used with modified pre-filters for dust and welding fumes. Changing takes less than a minute.
