We at MKM Rubber Private Limited are in the business of manufacturing a wide range rubber molded, extruded, rubber-metal bonded and sheet metal parts. Mainly the company targets the auto sector but also supplies to other sectors like the oil and gas white goods.

Our production facilities are in three separate locations.

The plants located in Manesar in Haryana and Meerut in Uttar Pradesh do rubber molding on their state-of- the-art Desma injection molding machines and other imported compression and vacuum compression molding machines.

The plant at Meerut also makes a wide range of washers in different polymers.

The plant in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, does rubber extrusion through its hot and cold extruders and also manufactures sheet metal parts on multiple tonnage power presses.

MKM was incorporated about in 1983 but was taken over by the current management in the year 2014. Since its inception, MKM has been an OEM supplier to Tata Motors.

With a wider variety of rubber parts numbering more that 700, and parts of other categories like sleeper berth and sheet metal, the company expanded its supply base to all the plants of Tata Motors that are located in Lucknow, Pant Nagar, Jamshedpur, Pune and Dharwad.

Supplies to radiator makers and manufacturers in the white goods and other sectors are also undertaken by us.

In 2017 the company took over a hundred percent export-oriented rubber company that had the expertise in making various kinds of washers and seals. Now together with washers, moulded and extruded rubber parts are also exported to discerning buyers in the UK and other countries of the European Union.

Since the components produced by the company are supplied to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and are exported, it remains strongly focused on high quality standards. It continuously keeps upgrading machines and infrastructure to meet new requirements and increased volumes. To be on the path of world class production practices the company annually gets audited from independent agencies and all the plants are IATF 16949:2016 Certified.

For maintaining high quality and consistency in the raw material, the company makes its own compound of a variety of required polymers that are supplied to all its three plants.

The biggest strength of the company is its highly qualified and industry respected Team that has been responsible for the expansion and efficient running of the operations. There is a continuous incorporation of systems and management tools to keep pace with the changing environment of manufacturing techniques.
