CCS1 (SAE J1772) & CCS2 (IEC 62196) charging cables have higher charging speed than AC charging cables. KST has developed 40A, 80A, and 200A versions for CCS2 and 65A, 80A, and 200A for CCS1. Protection level meets IP67 (body) and UL94V-0 flammability rating.

CCS2 has approved by IEC 62196.

KST battery modular connectors are UL1977 approved suitable for a variety of applications, such as UPS system, forklift trucks, wheelchairs. ect. We offer 1 pole and 2 pole version with 15 Amps to 350 Amps rating for use to 600 Volts. We also supply water proof version up to protection level IP67. Handles and Dust covers are available.

Based on the color-management system, the connectors will only mate with the same color connectors. Fro preventing mismatching of the power supply system, the different color housings are selected to identify voltages.
