Currently we have about 200 models of pistons & piston rings in our range for the lawn & garden segment & we are supplying to all major OEM manufacturers in this segment in USA & EUROPE.

We are equipped with the state of the art facilities including SEMI – AUTOMATIC GRAVITY DIE CASTING MACHINES AND HIGH PRESSURE DIE CASTING MACHINES, CNC MACHINES(VERTICAL & HORIZONTAL), SPECIAL PURPOSE PLC MACHINES, FORM AND ROUNDNESS, CONTOUR & SURFACE TESTERS ,CMM, SPECTROMETER etc

R&D
Capability of designing Pistons & Piston rings is available with us and we have done this for several customers; engine test bed for validation and testing is available, further we are supported by Senior Consultants from Japan & India possessing a combined experience of more than 120 years in the design / development & testing of Pistons & Engines in Global companies.
In addition, we have developed indigenously an Electroless Nickel Coating for PISTONS(NiPB), CYLINDERS (NiSiC) & OTHER ENGINE COMPONENTS and a presentation can be provided immediately on request. The coating plant is already approved by a Japanese OEM for the pistons & SOP is expected later this year; additionally, an Indian OEM has signed up for coating their motorbike cylinders.
