Goldy is importing the raw material from countries like Germany, Sweden,France and Japan, since material of required quality is not available in India. The company stresses on productivity and optimum utilization of raw material.
The Press shop is equipped with World class Automatic Presses from BRUDERER(Swiss make) as well YAMADA DOBBY( Japan make).

Our strength is our Toolroom, We manufacture 100% in-house all the tooling required for Shock absorbers valves and Transmission Parts. Our Toolroom has the world class Wire Edm from Japan to manufacture Precision tools with accuracy and repeatedly.
Goldy has World class setup specifically for Shock Absorber Valves in STORING, MANUFACTURING AND QUALITY PROCESSES. Goldy valves are undergoing rigorous checking on Auto sorting machines so no defect reaches the customer, being a 0 ppm supplier
In addition to Shock Absorber Valves, Goldy also manufactures Transmmision parts and supplies to Transmission Suppliers of Automotive and Off road vehicle Manufacturers, Goldy has a in house facility of Austempering Heat Treatment Facility.
