Our casting capacity is about 1200 tons per month with Automatic Centrifugal Casting machines and 150+ centrifugal manual machines. By End of Jan 2016, Manual Machines will be replaced by Dual Head Automatic Centrifugal Machines. We have proprietary process, developed in-house, to produce highest quality of centrifugal casting. Our goal at Esteem Auto Pvt. Ltd is to ensure the highest quality of our products and to attain that we follow rigorous quality assurance process. Machine shop has CNC (Horizontal and Vertical), , special purpose boring, Nagel Plateau honing (Germany), Centre less grinding and custom made lathe machines for the precise job with strict tolerance. Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine to get better Millipore value of finished product.

We have invested in equipment like various Special Gauges, Roughness Tester, Slip Gauges, Height Gauges, Ferro lab, Metallurgical Microscope, Spectrometer from SPECTROMAXX Germany, UTM Tensile Tester, Hardness Tester, Equator from RENISHAW UK, Roundness Tester Talyrond-565 and Contour from TAYLOR HOBSON and Profile Projector etc. to help our QA team do the best job. On-site Spectrometer helps us to maintain our chemical composition for each casting batch conforming to the I.S.S., B.S.S. or ASTM specifications provided by our customers. We also have a state of the art Laser-Marking machine to facilitate proper part marking & identification.

Also produce Cylinder Liners in different material like, S.G Iron, Tarkalloy (Boron Casting), and Bainite castings. We have the facility to do the induction hardening (case hardening) inside the Cylinder liners for heavy duty like CATERPILLAR and IHC/NAVISTAR liners. We also do Crack detection on these Induction hardened liners by Magna Flux crack detector.

We will be exporting these liners more than 43 countries around the world including USA, Europe, Australia, Fareast, Middle East etc. Also supplying OEMs in India.
