Multi V-Belt Kit for Mild Hybrid including omega tensioner
To give workshops the opportunity to offer reliable quality to their customers, we are now making our original-equipment heavy-duty BAS belts available to the aftermarket, too. These were developed for Continental’s 48 Volt Eco Drive BAS system.
They have a patented, extremely tough cover fabric made of cotton and polyester on the ribbed face. The belt body consists of a reinforced elastomer compound with a high fiber content. The combination of the two ensures that these belts are also capable of withstanding the high forces of between 30 and 60 N that can act on the belt via the drive during recuperation and starting.
