Introduction: Styr Foundry & Mfg. Co. is a leading India based manufacturing company having two Hi-Tech Plants producing all types of Cylinder Heads. Styr has an extensive Cylinder Head range. Styr is a Government of India approved Export House, ISO 9001:2015 accredited and holding Soncap certification. Styr is a preferred and reliable supplier to selected OEM’s and also to more than 75 Countries spread all over the world.

Cylinder Head Range: Manufacturer of all types of heavy duty multi-cylinder heads, suitable for Tractors, Trucks, Automobiles, Industrial Engines, Marine Engine & Refrigeration Compressors, having weight range between 10 kgs. to 200 kgs.

Installed Capacity: 36,000 Units per annum.

Cylinder Head Components: Available both Bare Cylinder Head & Complete Cylinder Head assembly. All inlet & exhaust valve, valve guide, valve spring, cotter, valve stem seal, stud & side plate, are of OEM prime quality.

Cylinder Head Raw Material Grade: High grade low alloyed Grey Cast Iron. GG-26 CrNi, GG-26 Cr, GG-26 CuCr, GG-26 MoCr, GG-26 CuMoCr. With uniform hardness and with stress relieving as per International Standards.

Hi-Tech Foundry with Production Line:

• High pressure moulding line & Sand Plant.
• Automized Horizontal & Vertical core shooter with baking oven.
• 48" Heavy Duty Double Door Short-blasting Machine.
• VMC + HMC Production Line.
• Heavy Duty VMC centers.
• Valve Seat Unit.
• CNC Machines.
• Heat Treatment, Hardening, Tempering, Normalizing & Stress Relieving Unit.
• Dynamic Balancing Machine

Quality Control:

• All Cylinder Head manufactured and inspected using Hi-Tech quality control systems.
• In-House Bruker Germany Spectrometer Lab for material analysis.
• Mechanical & Chemical testing.
• Mitutoyo 2D CMM Unit.
• All Cylinder Heads are Magnafluxed & Fatigue tested.
• Hardness Testing Unit.
• Cylinder Head Leakage Testing Unit.

New Cylinder Head Development:

• Fully equipped to undertake any new Cylinder Head development.
• In-House tool room and Pattern shop with Cad/Cam facility.
