Description
DPF Euro 6 Filters are the main components of the exhaust systems for industrial vehicles Euro 6
Trucks and Buses able to efficiently eliminate soot particles and other pollutants, preventing
their release into the atmosphere.
DPF Euro 6 Filters consist of a series of filter elements and support components that can remove
polluting particles thanks to processes such as mechanical filtration and catalytic oxidation. They
can ensure the highest level of efficiency and minimize harmful gas emissions.

The reduction of nitrogen oxide emissions, typical of the turbodiesel engine in heavy duty and
light vehicles is achie- ved through the SCR catalyst.
SCR is the acronym of "Selective Catalytic Reduction", a device that breaks down the oxides of
nitrogen present in the exhaust gases in nitrogen and water. In the SCR catalyst this process
reaches up to 80% of the nitrogen oxides found in the exhaust gases. It is currently a
well-established technology and will play an important role in the future of transporta- tion for
Trucks, Buses and LCVs.
The whole catalytic silencer and the external cannings are completely made in 304 stainless steels
while the internal filters are in cordierite and external walls impregnated with valuable
materials.
Thanks to cutting-edge technology and the collaboration with the C.N.R. (the National Research
Centre) we have designed and patented a new "Green Power" filter.
It is a new filter that has cells with enhanced diameter that can ensure better performance to the
truck in terms of back pressure and emissions.
