CLEANART self-service car wash

We launched our first car wash on the Polish market back in 2005 - it was a portal car wash for a military unit.  Since then, we have provided services to various investors opening car washes - mainly in the segment of vehicle control stations and authorised car services.

Years of working with the demanding medium that is water used for washing vehicles has allowed us to gather the experience needed to build our own brand of self-service car washes - CLEANART. The art of car washing.

In Cleanart washes, we apply the principle of optimizing efficiency without compromising the expected level of wash quality. Our car wash facilities are equipped with Phoenix Contact control unit with 7" touch panel with proprietary WSOP-CLEANART software and include f.ex:

• 4 washing programmes (high pressure cleaning 100 bar, rinsing 100 bar, waxing 100 bar, polishing 100 bar)
• Automatic control of underfloor heating with sensors
• Osmotic water production system with 500 - 1000l tank depending on car wash configuration
• System for maintaining constant pressure and capacity in the water supply with a buffer tank of 500 - 1000l depending on the configuration of the car wash
• Automatic closed-circuit anti-freeze system (without manhole)
• Electronic starter - current surge limiting device, protecting pump motors
• Additional options, like brush cleaning, active foam, pause, rim spraying, insect spraying, water recovery from osmosis production, pump inverters
