The roller brake testers are dedicated for different vehicle categories and can be designed for specific category or as a universal one. Complete device is composed with roller brake tester  bay and control unit.

CRB 13,16 18 are equipped with planetary gear boxes and electric motors controlled with frequency inverters. It allows  to obtain maximum durability and very high work culture.

CRB 3,5 standard or pit installation version – for motorcycles, ATVs, 3-wheelers, and vehicles up to 3,5T GTW. Can work as a recessed, on flour or mobile unit. Tester can be equipped additionally with the pneumatic lift for low-profile vehicles or covering plates for protection  of the machine and easy drive through option.

CRB 13 pit installation version - for motorcycles, ATVs, 3-wheelers, vehicles up to 3,5T GTW, trucks, trailers, buses and tractors. Depending on customers` needs engines can be placed under or next to the rollers.

CRB 16 standard version (single frame) for vehicles up to 3,5T GTW, trucks, trailers, buses and tractors. Machine can be installed as a recessed version or mobile one.

CRB 18 pit installation version - for heavy trucks, trailers, buses and tractors. This version is especially dedicated for Mercedes Benz OEM workshops.

Roler brake testers can be produced in following version:

• Standard, single frame, version to be installed recessed or on-flour
• Pit installation version, to be installed on the opposite site of inspection pit
• mobile,
• version with additional free roller for testing 3-wheelers and ATVs (Patented)
• asymmetric version of rollers for vehicles with narrow axles
• for axle weigh measuring system
• with lifting system for axle load simulation

We use a different length of roller depending on the version of the device: 405mm, 730mm, 1000mm, 1150mm, 1280mm, 1500 mm

Steel rollers are covered with high friction fiber coat. In case it is needed rollers can be covered with welded spikes.

Frames of the machines as long as the pit installation frame can be powder coated or hot dip galvanizes, depending on customers’` request.

Control cabinet made of steel and ABS. can be equipped in heating or cooling option.

Machines can be equipped in many different options making the testing procedure lot easier and user friendly, like: drive-out assistance, 4x4 driven vehicles testing and recognition, pneumatic lift for low-profile vehicles, motorcycle adapter, pressure sensor, brake pedal force  sensor, radio remote controller, portable device and smartphone remote control, storing the data, test reports and creating the internal data base, external transmission of test result with many different protocols, creating an individual check lists for operators etc.
