The mobile on ground lane is the version of the Quantum series diagnostic lane that does not require installation in a foundation.  The test lane can be used on any flat paved surface. The wheels are easy to assemble and disassemble and in addition make transport, assembly and service of the lane possible for only two people.
The configuration of the diagnostic lane is discretionary. The modules connect with each other in a simple way.
There is a possibility to fit lanes with the following equipment:

TUZ-1/L - Suspension tester for vehicles with total weight up to 3,5 t

The tester generates vibrations of a vehicle’s suspension and analyses wheel load variations in time. The measuring system is based on the EUSMA method and determines the grip of wheels as a percentage.

Functionality:

• internal protection mechanisms allow trucks to drive over the testing units without use of additional covers
• function of detecting suspension clatters (option)
• plastic covers of the measuring plates protects against dirt and water

To operation of suspension tester TUZ-1/L we use Control Unit equipped with a All-in-one PC with the Windows software, A4 printer, keyboard and mouse.
