High quality carbon fibre reinforced polyester putty for car repairs. It is recommended for filling large dents and holes in vehicles, caravans and trailers. Shows very good adhesion to different types of substrates, including plastic. Thanks to conductive properties might be applied also on elements exposed to high temperatures.

Substrates

The product has very good adhesion to various substrates. It can be applied over:

• Steel and aluminum after flatting and degreasing.
• Zinc coated steel after flatting and degreasing.
• Sanded glass fibre (GFK/GRP), polyester putties, acrylic and epoxy primers and existing coatings in good condition.

We recommend sandpaper with gradations: P80÷P120.

Description

2-component polyurethane protective coating with a structure effect.

Advantages

• Protective coating with excellent chemical (oil, gasoline, water, salt) and mechanical resistance (scratches, stains).
• Resistant to weather conditions (UV filters) and corrosion (anti-corrosive agents).
• Can be painted on various substrates. It can be applied with the UBS antigravel gun as well as with a conventional gravity spray gun.

Substrates

• Steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum – prime surfaces with a 2K epoxy primer or 2K acrylic primer, sand using abrasive paper with gradation from P180 to P320, clean and degrease (Silicone Remover Troton).
• Polyester laminates – sand using abrasive paper P180 or by using Troton’s unwoven abrasive fabric, clean and degrease (Silicone Remover Troton).
• Polyester body fillers – sand using abrasive paper with gradation from P120 to P240, clean and degrease (Silicone Remover Troton).
• Plastic surfaces – degrease (Silicone Remover Troton), sand with abrasive paper P240 or with Troton’s unwoven abrasive fabric, degrease again (Silicone Remover Troton), prime with an adhesive promoter, such as Plastic Primer Troton. Due to the many different types of plastic, adhesion testing is advised. Do not apply the product directly on bare metal. Rangers should be applied on primed surfaces or on 2K topcoats and basecoats after proper preparation (be careful with the application on old coatings, thinner testing is advised). Always abrade, clean and degrease the surface before application.
• Do not apply the product on 1K primers. Instead, always prime the surfaces for the Rangers application with a 2k acrylic primer, 2K epoxy primer or 2k etching primer. Always wait the proper drying and hardening time of etching primer before application.
• Do not apply Rangers directly on bare original paint or directly on coatings of car body parts from the aftermarket.

BRAYT T3 QUICK WAX & SHINE simple and easy to use based on waxes, dedicated to all types of smooth and shiny surfaces (varnished, glass, plastic). It is possible with product to achieve gloss and color depth, surface becomes slippery. It shows great hydrophobic, nurturing and preserving properties. Doesn’t leave marks on plastic and rubber.

Properties: Gloss level 10/10

BRAYT T4 emulsion for surface refreshment, leaves invisible protective layer against impurities. Extends the freshness of the clear coat in 40-50%, decreases impurities on the car body up to 70-80%. Product might be used to protect varnished surfaces, gelcoats and polycarbonates. T4 has also light abrasive properties what allows to remove small defects and holograms. Suitable to gelcoats and each type of clear coats (acrylic, water based, bicomponent and fabric coatings), also on ceramic scratch resistant coatings. Enhances gloss, prevents the oxidation of the varnish, protects against UV rays, acid rain, resin. To achieve high gloss without the mist and holograms, soft foam is dedicated.

Description

High-quality 2K acrylic clear coat with very low VOC content for quick car paint repairs. The product was specially developed for car repair shops that want to return the repaired car to the owner as soon as possible. The use of the latest generation of raw materials allows for very short curing times of the paint. When using a paint with a quick hardener, the painted element can be installed after 60 minutes (at 20°C)!
