Products of SOYLU are manufactured with high-quality raw materials which are deemed the highest standard by the aluminum & steel industry. Every single product is inspected by the quality control department and goes through about 10 different quality tests before receiving quality approval. The entire production cycle (design, production, testing, painting and packaging) happens all in one factory which makes it easier for SOYLU to control every aspect of the manufacturing process from beginning to delivery.

We are certified under 2009/105/EC ( European Type Approval ) ISO / TS 16949:2009, ISO 9001:2008 which enables us to achieve OEM quality. All of our products are guaranteed for 12 months.

NOx SENSORS

The NOx sensor is part of the NOx reduction aftertreatment system used in diesel vehicles with urea based SCR systems. The sensor located upstream of the SCR catalyst directly measures the engine-out NOx gas concentration, which helps determine the optimum amount of urea injection. The NOx sensor downstream of the SCR catalyst is used to monitor the performance of the catalyst. Accurate NOx measurement is in high demand to comply with increasingly strict NOx emissions regulations. The NOx sensor is also capable of measuring O2 concentration, just like a wide range air-fuel sensor.
