VcarSys is a device developed by the Sercore Group for the remanufacture of electronic power steering for the automobile (EPS), which includes the emulation of internal communications of cars with CAN Bus technology, the diagnostic and calibration tools necessary for the perfect realization of such processes.

Innovative Wi-Click Torque Wrench With Digital Readout

Quick adjustment: Quickly set the target torque value via dial, much faster than traditional models. The LCD screen display allows for more accurate adjustment accuracy than on general mechanical torque wrenches.
Large stroke angle after tripping: large structural buffer space helps prevent over torque.
Loud mechanical click sound informs the user more clearly that the desired torque has been reached.
Bluetooth connection to record the number of times the set torque is reached (for QC purposes).
Lightweight aluminum alloy outer tube, can be customized with different anodized surface treatment colors. A further advantage of the aluminum construction is thatduring authorized calibration, abuse of the tool by end users can be easily identified visually.
Calibration through App using Bluetooth connection (by authorized agents only).
Digital torque setting provides fine setting 0.1, 0.2 and 0.5 Nm per graduation respectively for 1/4”, 3/8” and 1/2” Dr., as opposed to 1 Nm per graduation in standard mechanical torque setting.
Notification on panel notifies user current cycle count, making easier to track and plan calibration.
Coil spring-free design combined with digital controller provides a novel and simplified method of calibration.
Selection of four torque units: N-m, Kg-m, Ft-lb, In-lb
The ½ inch models are longer and lighter than comparable models ( total length 585mm, weight including head 1.45kg for 1/2" Dr.), making the tool easier to use with greater leverage.

Power Speed Digital Torque Wrench

Tactile (vibration), visual (LED on both sides) and audible indication for user when the set torque is reached. This ensures applied torque does not exceed the set value, preventing damage to critical components.
Fast charging lithium battery can be fully charged in 75 minutes for 2800mAh. Quick charging battery can be charged above 80% in 60 minutes for 2800mAh.
The combination of traditional digital torque wrench and the Power Speed Ratchet eliminates the need to prepare both electric and torque wrench tool sets.
Lithium batteries are fully protected, including overcurrent protection, overcharge protection, over-temperature protection, and IEC/EN 62133, UN38.3 safety certification.
Overall weight of tool is much less than a typical digital torque wrench of the same size.
Large LCD display provides high visibility of displayed values and settings.
Wi-Fi / Bluetooth optional. Companion App/software allows for customization and advanced settings.
Separate torque settings can be saved into groups for jobs that requires multiple tasks with App.

Mini torque wrench function:
Press the black knob to use as a Mini torque wrench and measure the desired amount of torque (2~10Nm).
Equipped with reading window with indicator marking for easy and convenient determination of appointed torque value.

Reset to zero for torque accuracy.
Lightweight and small in size, easy to carry, and suitable for outdoor use.

Easy one-handed operation. Special quick-clamp design requires no finger to close or open jaws.
Special structure provides 3 times torque of flare nut wrench and 2 times torque of open-end wrench of ASME standard.
High strength stainless steel construction.
Special closed ratcheting jaw design prevents spreading of the jaw wall and accidental slipping on the fastener.

Use with any 3/8" or 1/2" drive ratchet, breaker bar, or square drive T-bar and more.
