The VOC-compliant Mipa PUR HS paint system for commercial vehicles combines many years of expertise with the latest development solutions. Mipa PUR HS covers the colour spectrum of solid colours for commercial vehicles with a small number of mixed paints. Colour ranges such as RAL and NCS, truck colours of all common brands as well as fleet colours, house colours and colours from the agricultural and commercial machinery sector are available.

Mipa PUR HS can be processed in various hardener combinations. The proven 2:1 ratio with Mipa MS hardeners is ideal for manual painting with spray guns. The use of the concentrated hardener types Mipa HS-Härter or Mipa VHS-Härter allows the materials to be matched to 2K spraying systems, airless painting or spraying robots without having to change the base coat. All hardener variants lead to a VOC value below 420 g/ltr when diluted according to the manufacturer's specifications.

The high solids content of Mipa PUR HS enables significant material and time savings during application. With excellent paint stability, lasting gloss and the highest resistance values, costs can be actively reduced by processing the product - with a simultaneous increase in quality.

Mipa PUR HS is compatible with all proven commercial vehicle products from MIPA and can also be used in conjunction with water-based Mipa primers.

Mipa PUR 2K HS chassis paints have a VOC value of less than 420 g/ltr. The chassis paint, which is similar in application to Mipa PUR HS as described above, is available in standard and special colours and covers the area of chassis painting at an extremely attractive price level.

The products and their interaction with all by-products are explained to the applicator in special seminars at the Mipa training centre in Essenbach.

The introduction of the products at the customer's premises is accompanied by the Mipa application technology department.

These systems enable immediate availability in thousands of different colours from the smallest quantities, even for completely newly developed paint products.
