It measures wheel dimensions and correction planes, detects unbalance, and corrects OPB (One Plane Balancing), rim, and tire runout. Additionally, it offers Hubmatch and direct matching capabilities.

• Touchless Measurement: The MB900 P features a touchless wheel distance and diameter measuring system that accurately detects the dimensions of any profile. The sonar system automatically detects rim width.
• Laser Accuracy: A laser pointer indicates the exact position for stick-on weights inside the rim, ensuring precise corrections. A line laser on the upper part of the wheel assists in applying clip-on weights accurately.
• Automatic Functions: The balancer includes automatic rotation and locking of the wheel in the weight position and pneumatic wheel locking for reduced floor-to-floor time and accurate centering.
• OPB Program: The OPB program, under suitable conditions, indicates the exact point inside the rim to balance the wheel with a single counterweight, minimizing both static and dynamic imbalance. The AutoAdaptive software calculates the tolerance value to eliminate vibrations perceived on the steering wheel, enhancing driving comfort.
• Sonar EMS: The system automatically and quickly measures eccentricity during the normal balancing cycle, providing fast indications for possible matching and HubMatch. The Tyre Set software helps determine the best wheel positioning on the vehicle to minimize vibrations.

Automatic tyre changer using LeverLess technology, with centre post turntable and a “combi” bead breaking system: with disc and with blade. The TC755LL works on all latest generation UHP and Run Flat tyres up to rim diameter of 30“ and 15" wheel width.

LL demounting group (Leverless – M&B patent): System with double support to the rim to reduce flexions and tensions on the bead and on the rim edge and physical effort by the operator. In addition to the movement of vertical and horizontal movement, it is now also possible to use the combined "gliding" movement which allows a faster approach to the rim.

Helper group for mounting UHP and Run Flat tyres (optional) with new handle more practical, fast and ergonomic.

41 mm hexagonal vertical arm with device to minimize tolerances and 50×50 mm horizontal arm to reduce flexures in case of Run-flat tyres. Simultaneous vertical and horizontal arm locking system, vertical arm with spring return. Pneumatic rear tilting post granting the maximum rigidity.
TC722/24 Turntable with locking capacity up to 27”. The square plate rounded at the corners facilitates the disassembly of the second bead. Plate is equipped with a system with opposing jaws and with two cylinders of Ø 80 mm, guarantees an optimal clamping force on all types of rims. Jaws with replaceable tips.
PG version (standard) with the inflation device fitted with a fixed control instrument with graduated gauge and pedal control. Bead breaker with ergonomic arm to operate on wheels of 15” in width.
Removable pedal unit for easy maintenance. Four pedals aligned in the front.
